Growth Partner OS is source-available. You buy a licence for one operator, you get the whole source, and you keep it. This page summarises that licence. The authoritative text ships in the LICENSE file inside your download, and it governs if the two ever differ.

What you may do

• Run it on any machine you personally use.
• Read, modify and extend any part of the source.
• Use it for an unlimited number of your own clients — no revenue share, no per-client fee, no seat limit.
• Keep using it forever, including after updates stop.
• Keep every result, audit, message and piece of data it produces. Those are yours, not ours.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, republish or redistribute the source, in whole or in substantial part, modified or not.
• Offer it to others as a hosted or managed service.
• Share your licence key outside your own organisation.

No warranty

Provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We're not liable for any claim or damages arising from the software or its use.

Your responsibility

This software contacts third-party services using your own API keys, fetches public web pages, and can send email on your behalf. You're responsible for complying with those services' terms, with the data licences of the sources it uses — OpenStreetMap data is ODbL and requires attribution — and with the law governing commercial email wherever your recipients are.

Estimates are estimates

Nothing this software produces is a guarantee of any outcome, and the figures it puts on a business's problems are estimates. Don't present them to a prospect as anything else.
