These terms cover the purchase of Growth Partner OS, a one-time software purchase. Growth Partner OS is operated by Andres A. Santos, sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

A single payment buys you the complete Growth Partner OS source code and playbook, delivered as a download, plus a licence key that activates it. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no seat limit and no client cap. There is nothing to cancel.

2. Price

The price rises as copies sell. The price shown on the page when you open checkout is the price you pay, and it is charged once. We don't bill you again for the same purchase.

3. Delivery

Your licence key and download link are emailed to the address you give Stripe at checkout, and they also appear on the page you land on immediately after paying. That page stays reachable — the link is a permalink, so you can return to it and download again. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us and we'll resend it.

4. Updates

Every 1.x update is included at no extra cost. Your download link continues to serve the current version, so you re-download when you want an update. We don't promise a release schedule, and we may stop issuing updates; that doesn't affect the copy you already have, which is yours.

5. Your licence

You get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, modify and run the software for your own business and for work you do for your own clients, on any number of machines you control. You may not resell, republish, sublicense or redistribute the source, in whole or in part, or use it to offer a competing product that packages the software itself. The full licence text ships inside the download and governs if it differs from this summary.

6. What you need to run it

The software runs on your machine, on your own accounts. It requires Node 22.5 or newer, and API keys you supply yourself — currently an Anthropic key and a PageSpeed Insights key, both of which have free tiers. We don't provide these keys, we don't pay for your usage of them, and we can't control their pricing, availability or terms. If you can't or don't want to obtain them, the software won't be useful to you, and the refund below applies.

7. Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions asked — see our Refund policy for how. When we refund you, your licence key stops working and your download access closes, and you agree to delete your copies.

8. Acceptable use

You're responsible for how you use the outreach drafts and data this software produces. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, scrape or contact people in breach of CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, GDPR or any other law that applies to you, or to break the terms of any platform you touch. The software finds publicly listed business information; what you do with it is your responsibility, not ours.

9. No guarantee of results

This is software. We don't promise that you'll earn money, sign clients or reach any particular result. Results described on our site are not typical and are not a prediction of yours. What you get out of it depends on your effort, your skill, your market and factors outside anyone's control.

10. Not professional advice

Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.

11. No warranty

The software is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party service it depends on will stay available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
