These terms cover the purchase of Growth Partner OS, a one-time software purchase, and of the Growth Partner Program (section 16). Growth Partner OS is operated by Andres A. Santos, sole proprietor ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
A single payment buys you the complete Growth Partner OS source code and playbook, delivered as a download, plus a licence key that activates it. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no seat limit and no client cap. There is nothing to cancel. Every licence includes 30 days of 1-on-1 support, starting on the date of purchase. From version 1.4 the app includes all seven of its AI employees, Coach and Fixer among them, at no extra cost; like the rest of the app they run on your own accounts (see section 6).
2. Price
The price shown on the page when you open checkout is the price you pay, and it is charged once. We don't bill you again for the same purchase. A licence bought on our homepage at $149 or more includes, on request, the setup call described for the app on its own in section 16.
3. Delivery
Your licence key and download link are emailed to the address you give Stripe at checkout, and they also appear on the page you land on immediately after paying. That page stays reachable — the link is a permalink, so you can return to it and download again. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, then email us and we'll resend it.
4. Updates
Fixes and improvements to version 1 are included at no extra cost. Your download link continues to serve the latest version 1 release, so you re-download when you want an update. From version 1.4.1 the app can also update itself: it checks for a new version about once a day, installs it the next time it starts, keeps the previous version so you can go back, and can be turned off in its Settings. We don't promise a release schedule, and we may stop issuing updates; that doesn't affect the copy you already have, which is yours.
The 12-month Updates Pass
The Updates Pass is an optional add-on, offered on your access page after you buy a licence, for a one-time payment of $29. It covers every new feature we ship in the 12 months after you buy it, counted from your purchase date, and it includes version 2.0. If version 2.0 has not been released by the end of those 12 months, your pass stays active until version 2.0 is released. Fixes and improvements to version 1 come with your licence at no extra cost, with or without the pass. We deliver each new feature by email, to the address on your licence, as it ships. You can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it, and if nothing new ships within 6 months of buying it, we'll refund it in full on request. It isn't a subscription and never renews. Refunding the pass doesn't affect your licence, refunding your licence doesn't refund the pass, and your licence keeps working whether or not you buy it.
Fixer and 12 months of updates, the $39 add-on sold before version 1.4, keeps its own terms: it covers every new feature we ship in the 12 months after you bought it, counted from your purchase date, and it includes version 2.0; if version 2.0 has not been released by the end of those 12 months, it stays active until version 2.0 is released; and you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Its Fixer key keeps working in the app.
5. Your licence
You get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, modify and run the software for your own business and for work you do for your own clients, on any number of machines you control. You may not resell, republish, sublicense or redistribute the source, in whole or in part, or use it to offer a competing product that packages the software itself. The full licence text ships inside the download and governs if it differs from this summary.
6. What you need to run it
The software runs on your machine, on your own accounts. It requires Node 22.5 or newer, and API keys you supply yourself — currently an Anthropic key (pay-as-you-go) and a Google Places key (Google requires a card on file), plus an optional PageSpeed Insights key. We don't provide these keys, we don't pay for your usage of them, and we can't control their pricing, availability or terms. If you can't or don't want to obtain them, the software won't be useful to you, and the refund below applies.
7. Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions asked — see our Refund policy for how. When we refund you, your licence key stops working and your download access closes, and you agree to delete your copies.
8. Acceptable use
You're responsible for how you use the outreach drafts and data this software produces. Don't use it to send spam, harass anyone, scrape or contact people in breach of CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, GDPR or any other law that applies to you, or to break the terms of any platform you touch. The software finds publicly listed business information; what you do with it is your responsibility, not ours.
9. No guarantee of results
This is software. We don't promise that you'll earn money, sign clients or reach any particular result. Results described on our site are not typical and are not a prediction of yours. What you get out of it depends on your effort, your skill, your market and factors outside anyone's control.
10. Not professional advice
Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.
11. No warranty
The software is provided as is. To the maximum extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party service it depends on will stay available.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
15. Google Maps content
Our website includes Google Maps features and content: the free Local Opportunity Finder on our home page shows business listings and ratings from Google Maps. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. If those terms are broken, we may suspend or end your use of the Finder. When the software you buy finds businesses, it uses Google Maps Platform through your own Google account, under your own agreement with Google (see section 6).
16. The app with a setup call, the app on its own, and the Growth Partner Program
The app with a setup call is Growth Partner OS, exactly as above, plus one 1-on-1 setup call of up to 45 minutes, by phone or screen share, in which we install the app with you and help you connect your accounts. We contact you within one business day of your purchase to book it. It also includes the 12-month Updates Pass described in section 4, from the day you buy, at no extra cost. These terms and our Refund policy apply to it as to the app.
The app on its own is Growth Partner OS, exactly as above. If you get stuck setting it up, it includes, on request, one 1-on-1 setup call of up to 20 minutes, by phone or screen share: reply to your delivery email within 30 days of your purchase to book it.
The partner rate. After you answer our questions at growthpartnersos.com/apply, both of the above may be offered to you at a partner rate of 20% off their normal price, held for 48 hours from your first result. The time it ends is shown with it; answering the questions again in the same browser doesn't restart it. After that, the normal price applies. The partner rate can't be combined with any other discount.
The Growth Partner Program is the app's licence, a 1-on-1 setup call and 6 weekly check-ins over 6 weeks, in a group of up to 10 partners. It's sold on a call with us, for a single payment of the price we tell you on that call, before you pay. Cancellation, refunds and our 6-week coaching guarantee are set out in our Refund policy. The coaching guarantee is more coaching, never a refund or a promise that you'll land a client: section 9 applies to the program as to the app.
