Privacy policy

Growth Partner OS is operated by Andres A. Santos, sole proprietor ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you buy from us, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Your email address and name, as you give them to Stripe at checkout. Stripe passes them to us so we can deliver your purchase and support it afterwards.
- Your purchase record: the licence key we issue you, the amount paid, the pricing tier, and Stripe's identifiers for the payment. We never receive or store your card number.
- Campaign tags: if you arrive from an ad or a link carrying UTM parameters, those tags are stored with your purchase record so we know which campaign it came from.
We don't collect a phone number, we don't send text messages, and we don't run an account system — there's no password and nothing to log into.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How we use it
- To deliver your licence key and download link, and to let you re-download
- To verify your licence key when the software checks it
- To process payments and refunds, and to prevent fraud
- To answer your emails about your purchase
- To understand which campaigns produce sales
Who processes it for us
The services that run this business: Stripe (payments), Supabase (the database holding purchase records), Netlify (hosting) and Resend (delivery and support email). Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.
What the software itself does
Growth Partner OS runs on your own machine, on your own API keys. It doesn't report back to us, it has no telemetry, and we can't see what you audit, who you contact or what you earn. You have the source — you can verify that yourself.
Your rights
Email licenses@growthpartnersos.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to ask us to stop emailing you. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising — we don't do either, but the right stands. We won't treat you differently for exercising any of these.
Deleting your data
We'll delete your purchase record on request. Be aware that deleting it invalidates your licence key and closes your download access, since that record is what proves you bought it. We'll say so before we act, and we keep whatever payment records tax law requires us to keep.
Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as your licence is valid, so that re-downloads and licence checks keep working, and payment records for as long as tax law requires.
Children
This is a business tool and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
